Iban came and resealed our bathroom shower and also painted our bathroom fixing the stains from a roof leaks and multiple nail pops and tape that was peeling on the drywall. The resealing of the shower was my biggest concern and he did a really excellent job. He removed all the old caulking and resealed it with a better grade. He sealed areas around the doors that were prone to leaking. He also fixed the drywall where the shower had done some damage in 2 areas. The job was so well done you can't even tell something was fixed. Pricing was very reasonable. He also keeps in touch about what time he will show up and comes when he says he will. I would definitely use this service again and plan to do so for future projects. - Walt W.

Iban completed 2 bathrooms for us in addition to doors, windows, skylights, painting, and exterior work. The work was meticulous and we received many compliments, including from a friend who manages a kitchen and bath store. During his work, he constantly questioned us regarding our preferences for customization, down to the most minute detail. We had 0 problems with any of the work. And he is very responsive to all calls. We would utilize his services for any project, and he is a pleasure to associate with. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.
